New Song Church desires to serve the body as well as our community. There are several ministries available to utilize all gifts and serve all needs. The Weekly Ministry Calendar below lists all our regularly scheduled ministry meetings. Just click each day's tab to see which ministries are meeting.

OUR CURRENT VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Our CAFE is open for your use!  Stop by and check email, log on to the NSC website, look for a job on CareerBuilders.com  or just need to connect via WiFi with your laptop!  It is free!  The cappuccino machine is always serving up a cup and the atmosphere promises to be spirit filled.
Community  
New Song is also home to several ministries and low-cost services that are designed to serve the community.
Food & Clothing Pantry
This volunteer-based ministry distributes food, clothes and personal care to everyone who comes. An average of 65 families are served every week. In addition, there are special gatherings for Thanksgiving and Christmas. The Food & Clothing Pantry is open to anyone in the community who has a need. It is open every Thursday evening, 7-9 PM. Moms In Touch
Moms In Touch International is two or more moms who meet for one hour each week to pray for their children, their schools, their teachers, and administrators.

Head Start Program
This school year, New Song became the home for the first Head Start Program in Bolingbrook. The Head Start Program offers support to low-income families by providing childcare and early education by qualified teachers. The programs are open to children aged 6 weeks up to 5 years. Will County Community Service Council Housing Office

New Song also houses an office for the Will County Community Service Council. The CSC offers information and counseling to families who are currently experiencing difficulties with housing and utilities. For more information, or to schedule an appointment with Gloria, call 630.739.1130.

Bolingbrook Christian Health Center
The Bolingbrook Christian Health Center is housed in the west wing of the New Song Church building. It opened its doors in February 2003 and has helped over 2000 patients without insurance since then. The completely volunteer staff consists of doctors, nurses, office staff, chiropractors, translators, a nutritionist, a dentist, an optometrist, a health educator and a physical therapist. New Beginnings Christian Montessori School
New Beginnings School has been a part of the New Song Church building since...well, New Song's beginning! They are a private Christian school for children entering kindergarten through 8th grade. Pregnancy Resource Center
The Pregnancy Resource Center (PRC) offers a variety of services including free pregnancy tests, counseling, prenatal health education, parental education, assistance with adoption, post abortion support, clothing and more. By appointment only. Call 630.739.6684.
Administer Justice
A non-profit organization that offers legal assistance, financial counseling and conflict resolution services. Administer Justice puts into practice the words of Zechariah 7:9,10: "This is what the Lord Almighty says: 'Administer true justice; show mercy and compassion to one another. Do not oppress the widow or the fatherless, the alien or the poor. In your hearts do not think evil of each other.'"
Food Pantry Wish List
Looking for a way to help out the Food Pantry?  While the Pantry always welcomes new volunteers, they also have a Wish List for those who are unable to donate time.  If you're interested in providing for the 60+ families that visit each week, you can bring any of the following CANNED items:

veggies,soups,tuna,salmon,diced tomatoes,beans
