Implement every-other-month church fellowship events. At least two of them being major events for the entire church.
Develop and implement a plan to begin/continue training those involved in the ministries of the church in evangelism and discipleship.
Have each ministry create a clear goal for evangelism
Present the Gospel to at least 1,000 people from our local communities and pray for their salvation.
Uplift our families by providing classes/events on parenting and marriage.
At least 80% of all members/regular attendees participate in a ministry.
Match the specific needs of each ministry with the specific gifts of members/regular attendees.
Have every ministry leader proactively and consistently mentor others invovlved in the ministry he/see oversees.
Foster an environment world wide missions.
Review our commitment to church planting.
Continue to develop leaders and volunteers to staff the compassion ministries.
Increase the reach and effectivness of compassion ministries.
Develop a realistic budget for our church.
Demonstrate the ability to support a full time teaching pastor.
