Please print and fill out the Building Use form and return to the church office.
Announcement Request
Click the link above to access an Announcement Request form. Please be as specific as possible, thinking through all the necessary information for your event or meeting. Email the completed form to Ray Fischer at rfischer@newsong-church.com no later than the Tuesday before the Sunday that your announcement is scheduled.
